Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Given the nature of our services, which include the online business analytical web application, development services, and various support services, we handle refund requests as follows:
To be eligible for a refund, the service must be discontinued, and the account closed. Several types of services are exempt from being returned, including Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC), subscription charges, installation and implementation charges, training charges, development costs, and consultation charges.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
